4th of July Festivities

This really was the best 4th of July ever! Taylor's blessing at the top of the list of favorites and the fact that the party lasted for 3 days!! So here is the rundown. On the 3rd, Chad of course had to work in the morning and I spent the morning finishing up getting things ready for Sunday. Then we headed down to my sister's house in Murray for food and lots of fun. She rented a bounce house/water slide and the kids had so much fun!

Kennedy was so funny watching the fireworks. Every time they would start going off she would scoot her blanket back and then lay down to watch them and once they were over she would scoot her blanket back up by everyone else. She did that for every firework, it was so funny.

We are sure glad Sara know how to throw a party! She topped off the night with a big finale with some big fireworks she may or may not have gotten from across the border.

Sunday we enjoyed family and friends after the blessing and then had ourselves a fabulous nap! We topped off the evening with fireworks in the driveway with Chad's family. The highlight of the night was watching a bucket be blown up.

Monday, Kennedy was able to be in the Farr West parade with her preschool. This was the first year we had been to our little small town parade and I loved it! Kennedy was so excited to see her friends and she got to ride on the fire truck which was was so cute!

After the parade we went to some of the booths at the park. That afternoon we went and saw Toy Story 3. Kennedy cried, so mom cried too. It was a very sweet movie, we loved it! We were fed good food by good friends and then headed over to watch the Farr West fireworks from Chad's brother and sister in law's driveway, which has the perfect view. I absolutely loved every minute of this weekend! Happy 4th of July everyone!
